POOR Service from Cash Crusader Sunnyside

Cash Crusader Sunnyside is a biggest **** and my advise to the South African public is to stay away from this store.

On the 22nd September 2023, I bought what was supposed to be a brand new Hybrid Amplifier B4000. I was assisted by Emmanuel Makhubela. I specifically told Mr Makhubela that I need a brand-new Amplifier (not a demo/display) which has never been used before and assured me that there is one in store. I travelled from Kaalfotein to Pretoria which is about 15KM to Sunnyside. When I arrived, he showed me the Amplifier in a box, but the seals were already opened. I asked him why the seals were already opened, and he said he wanted me not to waste time because we had spoken telephonically. I was not convinced, but I let it slide...this was to be the biggest mistake of my life. In hindsight, I should have insisted on a sealed box so that I can opne it, unfortunately I trusted the salesman that the amplifier was brand new. He tested it and it worked, I paid R9000.00 and left with the Amplifier.

On Saturday, 30th September we plugged the Amplifier for the first time. Few minutes into the session, the Amplifier went into a protective mode. I became worried particularly given how much I had just spend on what was supposed to be a brand-new working Amplifier. I tried to inspect a few things with the connection, after ruling out all the possible errors on connection I became more convinced that the Amplifier was faulty.

On the 23rd October 2023 I took the amplifier back to Cash Crusader. They send the Amplifier to their engineers, and I was shocked when they declined to fix the Amplifier under the 12 Months Warranty that they had given me. I was also more surprised when I saw the pictures the engineers had sent back, it is visible that the Amplifier was not brand new as I was made to believe it was. Their manager named Tebogo was useless, and the owner Steven Kitshoff was extremely rude and useless, and the sales guy Emmanuel Makhubela was powerless.
