Poor service - Dell laptop

I loaned my laptop at Cash Crusaders Lambton as I had a need for a quick cash of which they assisted. Then I had to be out of the country and my stay took longer than expected, firstly I requested if I can send someone to pay of the loan so I can get my laptop and was told that only I can do that and I understood that policy and kept paying the interest until I return. This past week I did not get the link to pay the interest so I can extend the loan and I have been calling the outlet with the assistance of the the stuff that don't care about clients and very rude even when one try to humble themselves. I was been told everyday till to date that a store manager or leader will call me back. And then the next person would tell me that they going to be selling my laptop with my information being erased. I simply want my laptop when I return to the country in the weeks and with all the information as I played my part however the incompetence of the stuff is out of this world. They take people for granted and don't deserve to work at this beautiful brand.
