Poor service

The service at Florida Cash Crusaders is so pathetic. Wanted to pawn laptop but was simply dismissed because the battery was apparently malfunctioning. To my knowledge the laptop is in an excellent condition. What is strange didn't even bother to check the condition of the laptop. He simply called another customer while I wanted him to explain what he means. The agent was so rude and disrespctful. I will no longer do any business with this franchise. Mind you, a few months ago I brought the same laptop there and was never told of such issues. For the record, I went to Cash Converters where I was professionally assisted.
