POOR SERVICE

I am writing this email to complain about Belhar Cash cruisaders. I bought an Dixon k2233 stereo karaoke amp 2x80w last year 2019-12-21. The amp lasted till March 2020 before the lockdown. The amp is making a clicking noise when music is playing even if you not playing music when it is switched on. I brought to cash cruisaders around in June 2020 after the Stores was opened in Level 3. They sent it away for repairs after two weeks they called me to collect it. The time we tested it in store it was having the same problem. I never took it they booked it for repairs again. They called me to collect it again. Last Friday I collected it. We never tested it properly because I was in a hurry. When I get at home the amp is doing the same thing. I spoke with the Storemanager because now I have no faith on the amp I need refund they are failing to repair it. He doesnt want to refund me. He tells me that I know the process. If the manufacture fails to repair their own product who else can repair it. This amp i only used it for three months.
