Poor service at cash crusaders bluff

I went to cash crusaders bluff this morning.since I don't know alot about hardware I asked for a TV bracket with 2 sides/double handle and I called my maintenance guy and he spoke to the store assistant and also advised what we wanted. I was given an item,paid R385.00 and left the store.when I go home with the item I'm told it's not what we asked for,also what's in the box is different compared to what's in the box. I called the store and spoke to the lady that had helped,as per my receipt it was Veeh Mpanzo.she said she would speak to her manager and call me back.she did call back and insisted I must come back to the store for the correct item.they can't deliver as their driver is 'not around'. The manager was so unprofessional he did not even speak to me or offer any apology atleast. I did tell them that I won't be going back there as I live in town and it's not my mistake but theirs. Definitely the first and last time I visit ANY of THEIR STORES....absolutely terrible!!!!
