Poor service and *******

I would like to lay a complaint against Cash Crusaders Southdale In Johannesburg as well as the head off store. I purchased a new laptop in April 2021, the laptop failed to start and I returned it on the 31st July 2021. They informed me that within 21 working days I will receive feedback as to the problem. As of the 1 September I did not hear anything from them. After numerous attempts to call, the store fails to answer the phone, I managed to get the WhatsApp number It is October and the issue is still not resolved. I am still waiting for the refund. The store says that they are waiting for the credit from Head Office I have laid a complaint on the 28th September, as to date I still have not received any feedback. I called them, they said they would investigate, I am still waiting for someone to return my call I will never ever purchase anything from Cash Crusaders Their service is poor and they are *******.
