I reached out to Cash Crusaders The Junction Mall in Phillipi after they posted an af online for a cordless microphone and receiver they were selling. After speaking to Inthink the person's name is Axole, he advised its cool he mark the item as sold and keep it fir me as I was going to be driving from Cape Town CBD after dropping off something there. On my way hrough to the store, I call him as I wanted to check if their card machines are working during load shedding or if I should draw the cash, he tells me that he will call me back in a few mins. As I'm driving to them, he dies not call me back and I then call him, he then advise me that someone else just bought the item now. I then say how is that possible as I have our whatsapp chats as proof and he just says sorry as someone just paid online for it now so it's sold. Then I ask him why he did not advise me of this option when we spoke and he just said sorry. I then spoke to the Manager as I was about 15 mins away after my long commute and all she could say was it's not her problem and I can log a compliant with their Head Office. After wasting my time and fuel that is all she could say. Thus is really poor service, I'm livid. Don't do business with these people, they have no integrity and mislead customers and letvthem drive all the way for nothing, this totally unacceptable. Not going to leave this complaint but going to take it further.
