Poor service and business

My friend bought a drill from the George, paddergat shop but when he got home the brill bites would not work would not titan , he doesn't live in George but on Wednesday he was in George and brought the drill back ,to be told that it only took Hilti drill bites but no one told him, so he said ok take it bake and will take the drill that will found one for 200 rand more To be told by the manager sorry I will only give you 65% of the money back as you took more then 7 day to bring it back,Very BAD SO he said stick your drill did not take the other and will never go back BAD BUSINESS.
