Poor service

I was not impressed with Cash Crusaders Riverstone Mall in Meyerton, Midvaal. I was there with my husband in the morning to quickly get something, ask me why I found employees standing outside until 09:30. We waited there together with them, time i was also RUNNING LATE FOR WORK because they opened the store late. When asking the employees they said they're waiting for the manager too! Very unprofessional if you ask me, I have pictures as proof!
