Poor service

So i bought a car radio about 4/5months ago took it in today because the Bluetooth of the radio kept on disconnecting by its self while listening to music got there the doors was closed i was about to leave then i seem the staff are still in the store i then call the consultant for assistants he refused to open the door and told me he wont open the door as he wants to go home i continued knocking on the door he took out his phone and started recording me instead of find out what i need help with,then his manager finally came to the door to tell me they closed he cant assist me ,angrily i then told him to just take his **** radio back as i am not happy with it he shout the door in my face and continued lookin up his store as they were about to leave i then dropped the radio inside the store then left as i was walking away the same consultant took the radio out of the store then kicked it away frm the door not sure where my radio is right now got to the parkin i lost my cool and i was ready to fight i tried to stop then as i just wanted to know wat they were goin to do with regard how they kicked my radio and the fact they left it at the door someone else must have taking it by now i am goin to ask the mall for the camera footage and action this southdale branch
