Poor service

If I could rate zero I would. I recently went to cash crusaders Phoenix branch in the Plaza, to sell an itouch kit which is worth R7000 and they took a long time researching the items. Finally when they where done I was asked how much I wanted. So I said R5000. They guy just laughed at me saying he can only offer R315. What a joke. I thank him and sed I'd rather keep it. When my husband and I started walking out the manager said loudly, laughing in front of many customers. They want R5000 for a cheap item. I should have walked back and made a scene but I walked away with dignity and rather embarrass the franchise for one store making a customer a fool. Pathetic!!!
