Poor service!!!!

<p>Hi I bought a ripper remote control from Cash Crusaders on 31/05/2016...I went today back to Cash Crusaders to change it for a wireless remote and the floor manager told me he cant change it because I bought it on 31/05/2016...I showed the floor manager that it was never opened and Ill pay in the cash difference but he still refused...plz assist me as I would like to know is there a time period to bring electronic equipment back even if it was never opened & used...</p>
