Poor service

The service is very bad.

They wanted to sell me an air conditioner with out the exhaust.

When I asked about it,the sales person told me that they will look for it and get back to me

I waited over 2 weeks for them and eventually today 7 November he phoned me to come as he found the exhaust.

I told him that I will come today.

I also phoned back and asked what time they were going to close today and I was told that it would be at 5pm.

I arrived at the store at about 2pm .

The supervisors and sales person told me that they sold the unit and it was first come first serve.

I spent money to get bakkie to fetch the air conditioner.

The staff showed no empathy at all.

There was nothing they can do about it.

I am a long time customer to cash crusaders Not only at north mead but at centurion,lakeside and Nigel.

The store showed no respect for the fact that they asked me to come purchase the product and still sold it to someone else.

Not even a courtesy call to inform me that it was sold.
