Poor service

Good Day,

I just went into cash crusaders Lambton to sell my Mixtrack Platinum, the buyer told me that you need a disc for the software and then i told him that you don't need a disc as the product states that you have to download software amd drivers from the web - as i try to explain how it works he insists on the disc and being rude. If he is not educated enough to be a buyer he must not be working as a buyer - any idiot knows that we live in 2019 and new devices dont even come with optical drives (DVD-drives). I dont understand what the problem is with your employees but i couldnt help to think that he is just lazy to do his Job properly, we all are human beings and sometimes it is necessary to sell some off your valuables to get out of some situations, as a company you market this as a service and i feel that the service was poor and that the employee is uneducated.
