Poor service

I bought an electric kettle from them less then a week ago. Today my husband return the kettle as it was beginning to rust on the inside. The owner or manager and the salesperson didnt want to take it back as according to them it wasnt rust. I am so disgusted in the service i am going to the media with the service ive got from them. The customer protection act stipulates that i xan return the item. Why wont he not take it back. It is my gard earned money that oaid for it. I need an answer...
