Poor service

Im so angry right now, it all started when i bought a black berry phone from cash crusaders last year May and only to find it was not a so decent phone but because i needed it then I bought it, the phone gave me hassles in 3 months then i had to bring it in and even on that event no one bothered to call me and say your phone is fixed you can come and collect it, I had to go to the shop to find out if it has been fixed, 2nd incident happened last year early December the part were you charge the phone did not work, I Bought a universal charger and took the phone to cash crusaders again and asked them if they could check if there is anything wrong and if there is can they let me know and NOT fix it because i was going to continue charging with my universal charger and i was not prepared to pay for that phone again, again no one calls me to tell me if the phone is back or not, i went to the ahop mid December and they told me it has not arrived yet, i went back there today still no one have ever bothered to call me and tell me to collect my phone, then i find it its there, i asked for the phone to be tested if it charges and i had to wait for a good 45mins with no explaination, had to
