Poor service

After waiting more than an hour for the shop to open, we could not pay as the cashiers were not there. When she arrived she took hours to help customers. Assisstants do not know what products are in the shop. Products do not have bar codes and then cashier wants to you to pay cash. Cashier is clumpsy and pushed item off counter so that it broke in pieces. Cashier talks rudely to customers and discusses and gossips about customers with co-workers. Clients had to leave the shop as an assistant pressed a button and the shop was filled with smoke. Lines pile up and clients have to wait forever as the cashier is so slow. Assisstants mock and laugh at clients. Other clients complained about poor servic . Never again will I support this shop.
