Poor service

Good morning, to whom this may concern,

I was now with my son at your branch in Pretoria North wanted to buy a game with the money that he received for his birthday. After going through the PS 4 games available, he took a game ( Call of duty Infinite warefare) falling in his money bracket asking a general assistant ( which was at the time on his phone) for assistance because there was a reduced price on the box. He was at first more interested in his phone and after asking again for help he said that the price is the old price. He referred me to the manager, and when I got by the front desk he was already informed of this, standing there with a crowd of staff telling me I can do what I want but that price is wrong. I reminded him that the CPA law states that if you advertise an item at a certain price then you should sell it with that price. After being rude and unprofessional with me I had to leave the game and my son was in tears . The spectators ( staff ) laughter and jokes as we walked out was also uncalled for. If this is the type of people you trust to run your business in this economy that’s not gloomy at the moment, then you have a serious problem. I hope you see this complain in a serious light because I for one will not leave this here, if I was alone there it should have been one thing but my children does not deserve this treatment.
