poor return policy and poor staff

I bought a universal TV remote from Cash Crusaders Lambton i was given a incorrect remote, and when i took it back to exchange it they said at the store i can not bring it back or exchange it and that there is no warrantee on this remote as it was brand new and still in the package. i appeal to people reading this not to buy any universal remotes from them, this store new store staff is not helpful and is untrained in handling customers and their needs very un profesional. also still waiting for Cash Crusaders head office call back.
