Poor Quality Poor service
On the 14th October 2019 my fiancé and I bought an amplifier from cash crusaders Alberton. The amplifier now switches on but does not play so we took it back on Sunday. They told us the person in charge is off , and that they will send it in for repairs why would they wann repair an item that has a 12 month guarantee. And they told us that it’s not a good brand then why keep that brand in store. Please can they reimburse us we will go buy another amplifier some where else. We don’t want a fixed item back that won’t last.
