Poor quality Dixon products sold under Cash Crusaders brand name.

Cannot see why i must give them a star. They should give the option of star-minus!I were introduced to the DIXON products sold by Cash Crusaders. They were cheaper and looked reasonable. This was the furthest thing from the truth. 1. I bought an 18v cordless drill. The charger lasted a whole 11 months. I went back to the closest store in Primrose to ask for a charger. They told me that the product has changed and the new drill doesn.t charge the same way as mine and they can't assist me on that one. I eventually had to get the charge issue sorted on my own. 2. I bought an gas/electric stove in December 2020. This lasted a whole 23 days before the whole electrical side stopped working. I went back to Cash Crusaders where I bought it as the numbers supp**** for the warranty can't be reached. They told me they will do follow up and give feedback, @days later I went to the store again. Now I am told that they cannot reach this people and they did send an e-mail to their Head office who will look into the situation. DIXON as a product is cheaper, but it also seems to be very poor quality. Their after service is non existent at this moment and the customer is left frustrated. Cash Crusaders sales people is even worse. They don.t give feedback and the customer must go to them to get feedback. Even if it to say that they send an e-mail and is awaiting feedback.
