Poor product and service
i bought a brand new Dixon laptop from them and it malfunctioned within its warranty. i took it back and they replaced it with a new one- same model. it has also broke down within the warranty period with the same problem and i took it back to them in king williams town. I have now been sent sent an invoice of R 1686.87 for"repairs" which I am told I must pay for. I refuse to do that and want a replacement or refund . I will never deal with them again together with Dixon for that matter.
