Poor Poor Service At Cash crusaders Florida

As a long term customer this is by far the worse service Cash Crusaders Florida has ever given me.

I was told to bring in my device over whatsapp to bring my cell phone where they were going to offer me R790.

Unfortunately when i arrived they had system issue and was told to take a seat by the store Manager George Goto and Buyer Tumelo Fakude,not even looking at my device at first.

An hour and 45minutes later i.ve been called as the systems were up again.

Sadly,with no remorse both employees told me that they cant except the device due to an scratch on the screen and arguing for not checking the device at first before making me wait so long,both rep**** they had good reason for making me wait.

Luckly i do have voice recordings of this issue and would appreciate if both no longer work at Cash crusaders Florida.
