Poor or Non Existent After Sales Service
I bought a Star Sound Car amplifier at Edenvale Cash crusaders on the 12th December 2024. It went faulty on the 20th February 2024. I booked it in for repairs on the 22nd February 2024. Up until today haven't received it back. Even the store manager can't tell when it will be back and he says they can't help me with anything at the moment, they just work on best effort basis on theirs repairs, so I must jus hope for the best in this situation. I also sent a message online to their customer service. No one has contacted as well. The customer serving really sucks, talking from my experience, and I won't ever buy anything from Cash Crusaders in the future again.
