Poor Management and customer service skills

I went to Cash Crusaders Alberton Mall voortrekker road to enquiry if could pay and get back the item I had gotten a loan for only to be told the item was being sold because it had passed 30 days with no payment. I didn't have my contract with me I asked the lady if my contract could be printed out for me since I didn't have it just to make sure what I'm being told verbally was stipulated in the contract the manager was called and I explained to her why I needed my contract printed since the lady that was helping me said she couldnt assist with getting me the contract. A woman named Primrose who claimed to be the store manager was not willing to assist get the contract printed she insisted I take her word for it and shouted that I'm looking for problems instead of taking what she is telling me. I tried to explain what I wanted to see in my contract she continued shouting saying we are black people acting like white people. she spoke over me the entire time she walked away when she was done. While I stood there none to assist. Until I walked back to the main entrance where items are received. I went to find out why I got such treatment when requesting a print out for my contract as I was speaking to one of the consultants Primrose came in shouting at the staff in front of me and other customers saying they are not doing their job. In front of me as a customer saying they should make sure that clients are informed about items that are going to be sold if interest is not paid monthly. She spoke at her staff like kids like she's been doing to me. She lacks client service and people skills she embarrassed me and her staff made them look *********** in front of customers. This is the worst service I have ever received.
