Poor management

Have been a client for many years. Know the staff by name. New management has a terrible attitude. Never see her on the floor or greeting a person. Just gives a dirty look and walks straight past a person. My wife wanted to speak to her today and she just left my wife standing without coming out of her cubicle in the back. On a previous occasion she went off at my then pregnant wife. I don’t know if she thinks she is better than the rest of us? As a manager, I seriously question her leadership and people s****s.

The staff on the other hand are very helpful. Zodwa, Evelyn, Regina and the other staff always ask us about our 3 children and even know them by name. I have spent thousands of rands at the store over the years. Ranging from TVs, mobile phones and other electronics etc. The store was great under Magda and everyone I have spoken to misses her. I have noticed that the store is also quieter. I put this down to the miserable management. I don’t see myself doing business with them if they cannot get a friendly manager. The store has become glum and depressing and is very badly arranged. Nothing makes sense. Whoever the owner is should seriously get someone with people skof pls and maybe a smile to run the place.
