Poor customer service.
I'v never experienced such bad and poor customer service in my entire life in carlton center cash crusaders. From sales floor assistants to head offices. Was very badly treated by two of their cashiers. Called their head offices they never apologized they took my number, promised to call till to day. I will never visit their store ever again and will make sure I share my experience with those close to me.
