Poor customer service @The Reef Cash Crusaders.

Unhappy customer bought a Generator @ cash crusaders The Reef Shopping Centre on Monday the 2nd of Feb . Been going back and forth with them trying to fix whats mulfunctioning whilst at the time of the sale the salesman reassured me that there's no fault on the Generator. After chasing them for 3days, driving there i am told to bring it back at my own cost whilst I payed for transportation to get it delivered at my house and even filled it up with 25l of petrol only to experience this problem.

The Manager and Salesman at the Reef are doing nothing to assist in meeting me halfway as an unhappy customer all im getting is poor responses and an attitude from the store Manager.

Sent my complaint to their customer services and no one has contacted me to assist in this regard. I need them to facilitate pick up at their own cost, drain my petrol since they won't re-emburse me on that for the inconvenience they caused me and give me a full refund.

We have power issues since Saturday but im sitting with a mulfunctioning product.
