Poor customer service and unprofessional manager skills

Last month I went and took a loan out on an item at Cash Crusader Pier 14. At the beginning of this month I was supposed to either pay the interest or collect my item. Not having the full amount to collect the item I had enough to pay the interest however the day that I had to pay the interest I was unfortunately unable to get to the store. I called them to ask for a 5 day extension. The gentleman who assisted me told me that my extension was processed and provided me the day I could come in and pay. On the day that I went to the store to pay the interest, they informed me that I was supposed to pay in an extra R50 for the extension of which the gentleman who assisted me failed to let me know that I was supposed to pay in the extra and no where in their policy does it state anything about paying extra when asking for an extension. I was told if I do not pay the amount given (including the interest) by the following day my item will be put on their falls to resell. However a week after the incident the unprofessional manager sent one of her staff members to my house informing me that I should come into the store regarding my item. She failed to call me to inform me herself. I've logged a complaint on their customer care website however I have not heard anything about this...... Should my matter not be attended and I do not get any contact from the franchise or the store manage I will take matters further. After all I am their client.
