Poor customer service and unavailable advertised items.

I saw Xbox one games on the cash crusaders website that seems to be available at cash crusaders Pretoria CBD, went to the store only to find out that everything they say it's available online it is not there at the store. Fine I used the WhatsApp line to request pictures as it is a default option on the website then I get a response that they are available but no pictures I stated that I was there and they are not and I requested pictures again only for me to be ignored and **** to because I went back and they are still not there! This kind of behaviour and customer support is unacceptable, advertise what you have and stop misleading people!
