Poor customer service

I contacted cash crusaders Arcadia on their Wattsup group on the 10/8/2023. I wanted to sell my mini pc (Dell optiplex 3070)i3,it’s 3,10 GHZ,8 GiG Ram and 250 GIG HDD. It’s a 9th Generation

I didn’t get an answer on that Wattsup group in the morning.later on I called the store and I spoke to one of the buyers by the name of Kea.I gave her all the specifications on my mini pc and she told me she will offer me R1500 I said to her I will get back to her since that was not what I was looking for.

Then during the course of the day my Wattsup message was answered by a buyer (Ntando) He offered me R2000 Which I responded to him saying I will come bring the pc

When I got there I found Kea.Ntando was busy But Kea insisted that she won’t give me anything more than R1500 She even called Ntando.Now the whole thing changed. Ntando saying that he thought it was a laptop

Then now Kea took my Mini pc to the shop to ask the sales team if she can buy it for more or not.

When she came back she said they have too many of this mini computers and they don’t sell

I then took my pc and went inside the store to look at what she was talking about To my surprise I didn’t see any.Then I asked a sales person to show me where they have this mini pc. They didn’t have any.The lady was surprised too when I told her that I was told that they have lots of this.

My argument here is (I have been **** to right on my face)which I also feel there was lack of any professionalism out of this whole thing. Good communication skills is needed to improve any miscommunication between customers and the staff

Kea really overpowered Ntando and he couldn’t explain much to what transpired. And the poor guy couldn’t have much to say

I guess training is needed in the store
