POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had been to cash crusaders at the phoenix plaza on the 17 october 2015 as I purchased a faulty bb9320 in june 2015. I misplaced my reciept and went to the store to get a reprint and to return the phone as it wudve been the second time I booked in for repairs. I didn't even use the phone when I purchased it I had to book it in for repairs and refused a refund!.upon arrival at the store I was made to wait 25 mintues without no help of getting a reprint of my reciept.I was told there is no manager in place for a saturday or sunday and I should come back on monday to sort my query out.how can such a big franchising campany have no protocol of having no manager in place?cash crusaders phoenix gave me a don't care attitude with no service delivery.I purchased a second phone that is a waste of my time.Quick to make sales but very hard to help a customer when the product is faulty.I will never recomend no person to purchase from this store as the customer service is pathetic. Customer made to wait for over 10 mintues.I never experienced such terrible service delivery.cashiers have pathetic attitude so does the sales staff.I will nver support a cash crusader store again.staff nd 2b traind
