Poor customer service!!!!

Dear Customer Service Team

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your Moruleng branch right now. Despite your advertised closing time being 5pm, I arrived at earlier between 16: 45 and was turned away, informed that you were already closed or not accepting any more customers.

Prior to retrieving the machine, I inquired with two employees about the closing time, and was informed that it was 5:00 PM but the store closes at 17:30.

I subsequently realized I had forgotten the machine earlier. Had she informed me of her lunch absence prior to my return to the store, I would have avoided unnecessary time expenditure.

This is both frustrating and unprofessional, especially for customers who plan their visits based on your stated hours. If your actual closing procedures begin earlier, that should be clearly communicated to avoid wasting people’s time.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure your closing times reflect the true availability of your services.
