Poor customer service

I would just like to say the Cash Crusaders in Amanzimtoti its the most awful place to buy stuff the people is so unfriendly and had a bad attitude i bought a projector last month it was a second hand unit i told them if it gives me any problems i will bring it back and they said to me its fine i took the product home and set it up only to find out that the picture was blurring so i phoned the branch to tell them the product was faulty, and they said its fine i can return the product the next day i went to return the product the manager gave me grief when i tried to explain to him what the problem was he turned around and said, Im trying to (bull ****) him i mean this in front off a lot of customers i mean what type off customer service is this the next incident 21/08/2017. My mother bought a cellphone at the same store it was a new phone dooge x10 the phone was giving problems we took phone back and the guy in the buy shop said its the Facebook and some apps giving problems so we went with his word saying that what was wrong and he said he changed some setting and it should work properly so my mom believed him so i took the phone and said if the phone gives me any more problems i am going to bring it back he said its fine the original problem with the phone was it freezes and it very slow and takes forever to open applications so my mom went in today told them the same problems and they said they have to send the phone in for repairs so my mom said its fine but on 1 condition they have to give her a loan phone to use CZ she cant go with out a phone so the manger got funny and took the phone and said he will be back shortly so he didn't come back to say anything he sent the cashier to do a refund we didn't ask or insist on a refund he just done it so it was fine we left it at that so the manager looked at me and said to me inst it you that bought the projector last month so i said yes so he turned around and said in front of customers well that say everything we went t o pep store to buy a new phone and it works better than the one we bought from your store the service we got and they way we were treated was so unfair i will not leave this here i will go viral on social media !!!!!!!!!!
