Poor client services

I laybuy a brand new fridge and ask them if they do deliver whereby they said yes. I want to make a final payment today whereby they said they don't have stock they have to order from their head office and they can't tell when they will receive the stock they refuse to give me the managers name. Today they said the guy who do deliveries ask about they think R200. I canceled my laybuy. But they don't have customer care.
