Poor and Unsatisfactory service from Cash Crusaders Lambton Mall.

A speaker was purchased via their website on the 29th of March 2025. I then proceeded to go and collect on the next business day (31 March 2025 around 4:30pm). Upon arrival, I was informed that the speaker was unavailable for sale and that they had made an error. I proceeded to query why was I not informed of this for the entire day, since I had to spend funds and time in travelling to the store as it was an hour away. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to both the Store and Support office, to query my refund and to follow up. I still have not received any feedback from their support office. I have not received any conclusive feedback from the actual store either. I still do not know when I will be received my refund. It is the 9th of April at 13:30. Poor accountability from the chain store and their head office.
