Poor aftersales services

Till today I have not received any call from the store regarding my speakers.When I called last month I was told that the speakers werent repaired and they were going to be sent back to the repair centre i keep calling the store and someone takes my cell number but haven't been called back till today .Im trying get feedback so i can get peace of mind. it seems that April will also end without me getting this matter resolved.No one bothered to call me back to tell me anything I had to call back each time.I still haven't received any feedback or call.
