Poor advertising and service

I went to Chris hani crossing cash crusaders to sell my Xbox one games. When I got there according to the adverti*****t from their website, GTA 5 they pay R140 when you sell it and it was in good condition but they only gave me R50. Even at the store they advertised that they pay R140 when you sell and in good condition. Then my other games which is FIFA 18 and 19 they gave me R50 which I understand it was not advertised.
