i want to return a product or sell it back they are not responding

05 Sept 2022, 18:10The management and stuff **** about the no refund policy i have a copy of the text we communicated i called them out on they lies and told me to bring in the speaker for a full refund "which they policy doesn't allow" i want to launch an investigation against them they **** to my mother last Friday telling her she can't get a refund or sell it but can exchange anything in the store. i had to take money again to get to them and all the manager could say was she was sorry she can't refund i used to send my mother or the money i used to get to the store. I want them exposed and to stop lying to costumers just because they have a target to meet. i would greatly appreciate your help so it does not happen to other people

05 Sept 2022, 18:22i would like the money i wasted for 2 trips to get them to stop lying about they no return policy. apologise to my mother and for the people who **** and made a fool of an old black woman to be held accountable and be informed of the process and feedback. lastly to print out the return policy on the till slip which costumers can easley understand, cash crusaders Soshanguve has employed lying employees who do what it take to reach their store's target this needs to stop they should work harder. i want the money i wasted back
