Please don't sell my laptop

I pawned a laptop at cash crusaders princess on the 25th June ,the expiring date was the 25th July which was last week ,but I unfortunately I was admitted in Edenvale hospital on 18th July ,on the 25th I sent a WhatsApp to inform them I was in hospital and the reply I got was that the manager gave me till Saturday 28th, however I was not discharged on that day I sent a WhatsApp again on Sunday and was given till the 1st but unfortunately on Monday the Dr informed that I have to go for surgery today and because I have to wait for an oxygen machine to be installed at my house I will probably be discharged around the 14th , so iswnd a WhatsApp again today to inform them and I have been sending videos as proof that I'm in hospital since their number does not have the option to video call today I'm trying to contact them just to inform them that I have made arrangements with my sister to come on Saturday to fetch the slip and money to pay and get the laptop for me and she can only do it on Saturday since she is working in Krugersdorp and she can only come see me on Saturday when she is off and now I'm not getting any response from them but all this time they normally respond in few minutes so i don't know if the ignoring me so that they can sell my laptop or what all I ask for it's a few days cause I'm gonna be in hospital for while please have a heart and understand that I'm not doing this intentionally but my health it's not allowing me to be flexible.please I beg even if I have to pay a title bit extra I will but I need them to communicate with me pls
