Please do not waste your time to go to Cash Crusdaers Welkom Square in Welkom-Free State to sell your stuff!

I went to Cash Crusaders in Welkom (Welkom Square branch) next to the Game store after talking to them on whasapp about selling my xbox one s for an agreed amount of at least R2500. I left work early and also made sure that loadshedding would not be a problem. I arrived at about 16:10 and went to the buy shop. I sat about 15 minutes with no urgent attempt from anyone to assist me. I then was helped by a gentleman that was rude and sarcastic from the start of the coversation. He was clearly not in the mood to help me. I am also a regular customer, and this type of service came as a suprise to say the least. He immediately pointed out the my inside sticker of my controller was not there anymore........and after 10 years of this console's lifetime it should be obvious that one would have to fix your controller at some stage. They even themselves sell refurbished xbox controllers......so that made even less sense to me. He was also sarcastic to me when I pointed out that my xbox had no scratches and was in perfect shape after my time with it,as I take good care of my stuff. He said there are many of these consoles in the market and made me feel that mine was just a waste of time. His whole reason was based on the orginal sticker of my controller that was missing. The controller also works a 100% with no issues. He then took my xbox to the back for about 15 minutes to do some tests without taking the cables of the console with him. He came back later and told me that yes indeed my console is in perfect condition but due to the missing sticker on my controller,it is apprently franshise policy not to take my console,even though I made contact on whatsapp before going there and send them picture of everthing. I told him I drove a long way and came to them as a lojal and regular customer even though I had another two simular offers. He did not care about that at all. He kept on being rude about my controller's sticker being missing and I ended up taking my console and I left the shop with a very bitter taste in my mouth.
