Please assist
Good afternoon Sir/Madam Hope this finds you well Iam writing a complaint regarding the laptop I bought In September 2023 in cash crusaders Kempton park It was fine until November 2023 It stopped working
I took it back end of January 2024 They then called me said I should pay R1900 I didn't understand because it was not broken
Till today they haven't came back to me I'm honestly struggling Please assist
