Phone and Microwave Sold After Paying Extension Fee

I had loaned against a brand new phone Samsung Galaxy 22 which I opened at the shop and a Samsung Mirror Finish Microwave. I paid an extensions on both contracts but discovered when It was time to take my things out that they had been sold. They asked me to prove that I had paid the extensions and I gave them my bank statement. They later came back saying the mistake was on their side and would refund me my things. Its been a month and now they have gone quite. The worst part is the month before that when I went to fetch my TV I discovered that they had broken it. Till today that matter has not been resolved. I wrote a report on Hello Peter on 18 January 2023 but no one from head office has ever contacted me. Now I have lost everything I loaned against, my TV, phone and microwave. I plead with head office to intervene on my case with Cash Crusaders Midrand ( Boulders Shopping Centre ) because when I ask to speak t the owner I'm told he doesn't speak to customers I must talk to the manager but this manager has no power to make any decisions thus is not helpful at all. I am frustrated and want my things back!
