Phone

I pond my phone and pay them every month. In February I made a payment online trew there app. End of February 26 I wanted to go and get my phone. They said they didn't receive payment and the deleted all my personal things on my phone and put it up for sale. I had to send them proof of there request for payment and proof of my payment. The next day I went back to find out what's going on. They said they send email to head office. A week later I went there again to find out what's happening. They said thay still waiting. Yesterday the 10th of March they phone and said I must pay the money. I told them I don't have it anymore because I use the money on my son's car. Now they said I must pay interest end of month for my phone. I think it was there fault.
