Phoenix Plaza Cash Crusaders. pathetic Service.

this store is run like a curcise from management to staff. I have called the store phone 8 times with the last one house on ***. there is no answer. all staff members from the buying department to floor assistance feel they entitled and have a attitude like we are the staff nd I am to help them. all round this store alone give the franchise a poor name and outlook. There is no work ethic displayed on any level. they are always and extremely unhelpful and arrogant. I've had pathetic. the store manager Sudeer Parak was never helpful but rather arrogant himself. if he can not manage the store he should either be sent back for managemt training or be honestly replaced. I manage a telecommunications store in gthr gateway mall. nd we curtainly do not treat our customers in this manner. I would sadly never refer anyone to that branch or store. regards
