Payment complaint
I am so very disappointed in 2 of cash crusaders branches both in Port Elizabeth. PIER 14 AND NEWTON PARK I recently lost my job and I have asked these 2 stores if they can just extend my items on loan with them for 3 weeks due my current situation they did not want to assist me said that they can loose their jobs.i then emails their complaints department that has sent emails to the store asking them to assist me well the one branch in pier 14 phoned me I spoke to Leon the manager he said he will phone the owner and it was not even 5 min when he phoned back and said unfortunately we cannot keep your items any longer now today it is 1 week before the end of the month and they are unable to help me I have been a customer for more than 3 years paying my items at the store every month and now they don't even want to assist me with 3 weeks I cannot choose weather to pay my item in store or to feed my children. I really think that these stores can make better choices in helping people especially if they know the customer. I really needed their assistance but they are unable to assist me. I will never support these stores again and I will tell everyone I know of this bad experience.

Your pier 14 branch did phone me but unable to help until the 28th they only want to assist me until Monday 25 th I don't know why they can't help me for only 3 days more....I am sure that they want me to loose my items....I will never ever deal with this company again....
I have lost my job last month so where will I be able to get a loan..nobody is willing to borrow someone else that kind of money in the middle of the month...so now what must I do

Unfortunately, with regards to Pier 14 if the store has made that decision, due to our stores being franchise owned, it is up to the store to decide the final decision.

The pier 14 branch only extended my loan only until the 25th.....I cannot see that one store can help you without any fuss....thank you.
