Pawn Shop Skelems

I pawned my phones there, usually what is required is the box and charger. When I went to collect the first phone, it had the box but no charger, complained about it and they provided me with a charger. Yesterday went to collect the second phone, only for them to give me phone, no box no charger!!! when I raised this with the store manager she told me there is nothing she can do.
