Pawn booking agreement

Having bad experience with Cash crusaders Randfontein have been trying to call them the whole day and have not being getting any assistance with them my wife (Gontse mokgwateng) brought in a laptop to borrow some money our agreement says that I have to collect my laptop on the 22nd but the only problem is I am only getting paid on the 25th thats when I can come collect it no I have been calling sending massages so they can extend the date from the 22nd to the 25th but the is no answer from them at all now next thing they will be telling me stories when I want to come get my laptop
