Pathetic services very bad

I write this review with total dissatisfaction and anger. I had an item pawned for cash in February 2023 and I was charged an initiation fee with the cash bowered and wen I came back a month later to pay the instalment I was charged again a initiation fee and I then inquired the transaction at the store in Over port city mall known as Atrium mall in Durban kwa zulu natal. I was then directed to contact the customer services which I did and was asked to email all the necessary documents to an email address which I did and since have not heard or received any correspondence from the cash crusader's. I inquired at the business and and was told to contact numerous people who will assist but was no avail. this issues is ongoing and me as a customer was over charged in initiation fees and this not at all satisfying. I have since settled the item in question but my money was not given back. I am totally not happy and if someone is reading this I expect some sort of intervention in recovering money back.
