Pathetic service from management

My husband went to n1 city cash crusaders and the service he received from the manager was disgusting and the staff are clearly ****s the staff told my husband that the item had warranty...after paying they then wrote no warranty to which my husband then said he wanted a refund coz he was told there is a warranty the manager then proceeded to jump in and say he cant get his money back telling infront of the whole store. My husband never left the store with the item yet they refused to refund him
